Australia Post are currently affected by high volumes as we have increased our online shopping while trying to stay at home and stay safe.

Once payment is received, all orders are cross-checked, packed with care, sprinkled with magic and shipped via Australia Post.

When you place an order with Yarn Magic, our utmost care and swiftness will get your parcel to you as fast as possible... like magic.

MONDAY - THURSDAY: Orders placed before 2pm AEST, will generally dispatch next business day - where possible (please allow 1-2 business days to receive a shipping notification).  

FRIDAY - SUNDAY: Orders will dispatch the Monday of the following week.

However, please understand that there may be circumstances where this will not be possible (this includes pre-orders, prior appointments I may have, if I'm sick or general daily life as a single parent trying to run a small business), in this event, you will be notified and every endeavour will be made to get your items to you as soon as possible.



Local pick-up will be processed and ready for pick-up usually within 24hours of receiving your order.

You can pick up from 4 Chin Ct Berwick 3806 between;

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 9:30-1pm or 4-6pm AEST


(I'd prefer if you'd specify a general time, just a quick sms is fine 0432993885). 

Covid Compliance: Please make sure that you maintain a social distance of 1.5m when picking up your order (in accordance with the Chief Health Officer's Mandate).

Alternatively, you can sms request that I leave your order outside my front door (hard door closed) and collect it that way.

IF you are feeling sick or unwell, please DO NOT come, contact me to arrange for another time to collect your order.



If you experience any issues with the product, please contact me via email and I will be happy to discuss your issues.

Any request for a return, should be discussed prior to the return of the item in question.

Refunds & Returns are accepted within 30 Days due to faulty or wrong product being sent, NOT for 'Change of Mind', so please choose carefully. 

After 30 Days from purchase, unfortunately, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return;

  • The wrong product was sent in error - the correct product will be exchanged or you will be issued a refund
  • The product is faulty - the product will be exchanged or refunded 
  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with the original label and must also be in the original packaging
  • NO returns on PDF downloads, patterns books, magazines or Yarn Magic branded items
  • NO returns on sale items, these items cannot be exchanged either
  • NO returns if you change your mind, pick the wrong colour or the wrong size - please choose carefully

To complete your return, you are required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice/order number).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund is given as an exchange of product or refund of purchase price only - initial shipping costs not included.

Exchange will occur when the faulty item has been returned, received and inspected.

If you are shipping an item over valued $75, you should consider using a shipping service which provides tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
