Refund policy

If you experience any issues with the product, please contact me via email and I will be happy to discuss your issues.

Any request for a return, should be discussed prior to the return of the item in question.

Refunds & Returns are accepted within 30 Days due to faulty or wrong product being sent, NOT for 'Change of Mind', so please choose carefully.

After 30 Days from purchase, unfortunately, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return;

The wrong product was sent in error - the correct product will be exchanged or you will be issued a refund
The product is faulty - the product will be exchanged or refunded
Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with the original label and must also be in the original packaging
NO returns on PDF downloads, patterns books, magazines or Yarn Magic branded items
NO returns on sale items, these items cannot be exchanged either
NO returns if you change your mind, pick the wrong colour or the wrong size - please choose carefully

To complete your return, you required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice/order number).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund is given as an exchange of product or refund of purchase price only - initial shipping costs not included.

Exchange will occur when the faulty item has been returned, received and inspected.

If you are shipping an item over valued $75, you should consider using a shipping service which provides tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
