Shipping policy
Once payment is received, all orders are cross-checked, packed with care, sprinkled with magic and shipped via Australia Post, who currently do not allow parcels to be shipped to a PO Box address - so please, use a Residential address when at check out.

- FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100
- $12 Flat Rate Shipping on all other orders
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
When you place an order with Yarn Magic, our utmost care and swiftness will get your parcel to you as fast as possible... like magic.
MONDAY - THURSDAY: Orders placed before 2pm AEST, will dispatch next business day (where possible - but please allow 1-2 business days to receive a shipping notification).
FRIDAY - SUNDAY: Orders will dispatch the Monday of the following week.
However, please understand that there may be circumstances where this will not be possible, (this includes pre-orders), in this event, you will be notified and every endeavour will be made to get your items to you as soon as possible.
